Where is the itunes visualizer folder

I'm having a problem where iTunes always crashes on exit, and complains of a discobrick visualizer. I can't find it. My itunes plugins folder is empty.

I completely reinstalled iTunes to version 9 I'm on Snow Leopard now , and still the problem persists. Simple question - where are the visualizers stored, and can I manually delete them if I find them? Please advise!

Thanks Tony. I'm using iTunes The last time I used visualizer a while ago there were several cool visualizers to choose from like plasma shapes, and bouncing balls, and stuff. I don't see any of that here.

As per this support thread it seems the extra visualizers require bit mode:. Right click on iTunes. In the window that appears, click "Open in bit mode" at the bottom of the "General" pane.
